You can pay for your order using one of 2 methods.

Stripe- This is a secure card payment processor, the checkout system is integrated in to the shop checkout. 

Paypal- This method allows you to use your paypal account to make a purchase. 

Both methods comply with all current security legislation, and are a perfectly safe way to make online payments. 

Hilltop Cloud doesn't store any of your financial information.

All payments are processed in GB Pounds, for your convenience the shop is set up to show prices in your local currency, but the payment will be taken from your card or paypal account in Pounds Sterling. Some card providers may charge an additional fee for this, so Paypal is often the cheapest way to pay for your order if you are outside the UK. 


VAT (value added tax) is a UK sales tax. We are VAT registered, so if you are in the UK, you will be paying 20% VAT on your purchase (and postage where applicable). Our prices are listed excluding VAT and including VAT. If you are in the UK or the EU, you will pay the inclusive price, all other customers will pay the exclusive price. VAT will not be charged on a gift voucher purchase, but if you are in the UK you would be charged VAT when you redeem your gift voucher, so you need to be looking at the prices inclusive of VAT to see how much you will pay.


Your order will be sent out on Monday or Thursday morning, whichever is closest to your order date.  Please note that if you are an international buyer, you may also have to pay a customs charge on receipt of your parcel.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in an unused and resaleable condition, we will refund payment for the goods. Refunds will be paid in to the account used to pay for the original order, ie. if you paid using your Paypal account the refund will be to your Paypal account. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage, and to return them by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned items. We will not refund the postage cost of returned orders, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us, and we will dispatch a replacement order or arrange for a refund. Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will not pass on your email address to any third party, nor use it for any reason other than to update you on new products and services. All mailing list information is stored using Mail Chimp. You can see our policy on data protection here.
