Shipping policy

The best way to check the postage price for your order is to add an item to your cart and use the built in shipping calculator. You can also find a full list of shipping prices here, please remember 100g of fibre doesn't weight 100g by the time it's been packaged. 

Orders are sent out on Monday and Thursday mornings (UK time).

I use Royal Mail to send all my parcels.
In the UK I use Royal Mail 48. Your parcel will usually arrive within 2 working days. This service has a delivery confirmation number, your order won't be tracked, but you will be able to check if your parcel has ben delivered and if it has been left with a neighbour/in a safe place.

For most international orders tracking is not included as standard. Most international orders arrive within 2 weeks, but it can take up to a month. If you require tracking, select that option at checkout.

If your order is over £100 in value I will upgrade your postage to a tracked service, and with signature confirmation on delivery if your local postal service offers that option.
If you are in Germany, and place a high value order please be aware that Tracking and Signature confirmation is not possible on orders place to Packetshop addresses. Please use a residential address for your order.

Please allow up to 15 working days for UK mail from dispatch for an item to arrive, 20 working days for European mail, 25 working days for all other international mail.
International orders over certain values (this varies depending on your country) may be charged customs fees. This is out of my control, and any fees that the items incur are at the buyers expense. I am more than happy to split parcels so they come in under the customs limit, please send me a message with your purchase and I will let you know if you need to pay any extra postage. It is illegal for me to mark parcels as a "gift".
Please check that what you are purchasing will be allowed through customs in your country, if items are returned to me due to being refused by customs I will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping fees.

The price you are charged depends upon the weight of your order.
The amount will be calculated automatically when you checkout; once you have entered your address. If you check out directly with Paypal then the postage amount will be displayed after you've logged in to your paypal account, on the final in-store checkout page. Your purchase isn't complete until after you click on the "Place my Order" button.

VAT is charged on postage for UK and EU parcels.
