Items are sold as seen, we want you to be happy with your order, please make sure you read the item description so you know exactly what you're buying!

If you are not happy with your item will returns are accepted, but at the buyers expense, unless the item is in some way faulty. You must contact us before returning your item.
Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned, we recommend you use a form of delivery that requires a signature for your own peace of mind. Return postage will not be covered unless the item is faulty. If you wish to return your item you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Your refund will only be for the cost of the items, and will not be for your original postage costs. Items must be in an unused and resalable condition.
If an item arrives damaged I will refund, or replace the damaged part of your order.

Colour varies from computer to computer. I try to represent the shades as accurately as I can, some shades, particularly reds and purples, are notoriously hard to photograph. For the most part I don't edit my photos at all, apart from cropping them. I occasionally adjust photos to make sure that what I see on screen matches the true colour of the fibre. If you need an exact colour match please contact us before placing an order.
