A series of parcels to be opened throughout the 12 Days of Christmas.
Starting with Christmas Day, 25th December, when you get a 100g parcel of hand dyed luxury fibre (60% 18.5 micron Merino, 20% Baby Camel, 20% Tussah Silk)
On each following day there are 11 further parcels containing 20g of brand new, exclusive, blended colours of commercially dyed 70% Superfine (19 micron Merino) and 30% Tussah Silk.
Our theme this year is Christmas with the Ladies of Misrule
The Twelve Days of Christmas was the medieval feast period, starting on Christmas Day there were twelve days of feasting, rest and merriment. Feasts were often presided over by the Lord of Misrule, a commoner raised up to the status of the Lord for duration of the feast.
Medieval life was dominated by men, but there were some remarkable women, and it’s their lives we’re celebrating this year.
Each parcel is wrapped up in its own little paper bag and numbered with the date so you know the order to open them in.
The hand dyed braid will co-ordinate with the 11 different colours of the rest of your parcels so you can use them all in one large project.
All the parcels are contained in a hand printed recycled paper bag, plus an extra treat... All the packaging is recyclable.
These items are in stock, and will be shipped on the next postage day. I can ship these parcels with any other item from the shop, but I CAN NOT combine this item with any club parcels. If you use your UK postage code you will be sent an invoice to cover the postage costs.
